WALTON COUNTY, Ga. – On October 1, 2023, Monroe police officers responded to the Advanced Auto Parts store located on West Spring Street in reference to “a female with no clothing on outside of the store.”
The first officer to arrive discovered the vehicle parked in a handicapped parking space, lacking the appropriate handicap identification. Inside the vehicle, the officer found Robin Alexandria Milton wearing no pants or underwear, and her breasts hung out below her T-shirt, which was pulled up toward her neck.
Additional officers began arriving at the scene. When asked what she was doing, Milton said she “had to take her clothes off because she was trying to have a bowel movement.” She told the officers she “had been plugged up.”
