On 6/16/2023, at 2310 hrs, I observed Ms Elizabeth Johnson on E Oglethorpe Hwy. I pulled my patrol vehicle into the parking lot of popeyes (615 E Oglethorpe Hwy) and made contact with her.
The suspect, Elizabeth Johnson, had an active warrant #W23-306-C and the original CRN is 220627701. Ms Johnson was placed under arrest for her active warrant.
Ms Johnson was searched using the back of my hands because there was not a female officer available to search her for me. I asked Ms Johnson if she had anything illegal on her person before I transport her to jail. She stated “no”. No contraband was located.
Ms Johnson was transported to the jail by me. Before releasing her to the custody of the jail she was scanned by jail personnel. During the scan, a small tin was located in her bra under her right breast. Inside the tin was a
