On 06/17/23, at 1222 hours, I was dispatched to [600 BLOCK] Trevor St in reference to an unknown problem. Central dispatch received a call from a female, later identified as [VICTIM #1]. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] told dispatch her address and said, “please send help” while crying.
