The following was taken from a press release distributed by the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office on November 3, 2023:
Update #8: Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Gang Unit with the assistance of the U.S. Marshals arrested 32-year-old Tymesha Ceiarra Timley for hindering the capture of 25-year-old Marc Kerry Anderson. Timley was taken into custody today at 10:00a.m in the 1600 block of Wesleyan Drive.
Timley was transported to the Bibb County jail and charged with Aiding or permitting another to escape lawful custody or confinement and Hindering the apprehension or punishment of a criminal. She is currently being held without bond.
Update #7: Bibb County Sheriff‘s Office Criminal Intelligence Unit along with the assistance of The Bibb County Gang Unit, Georgia State Patrol SWAT and US Marshals apprehended 25-year-old Marc Kerry Anderson at the Huntley Apartments located at 1000 Park Dr., Atlanta, GA just before 3 PM this evening.
Update #6: Bibb County Sheriff’s Office was notified by the U.S.
