On July 30th 2023, I Deputy Spikes and Deputy Patlan were dispatched to the area of [300 BLOCK] Benton Powell RD in reference to a prowler.
Once arriving on scene we met with the 911 caller later identified as [WITNESS #1]. MS. [WITNESS #1] stated that the individual later identified as BILLY JOE COURSON was wearing gray gym shorts and a red shirt. We searched the area looking for an individual that matched the description that she gave to us.
While searching for a little while and didn’t see anyone out that matched that description we went back to [300 BLOCK] Benton Powell RD and talked
