[NARRATIVE #1 on May 27, 2023]
On 5/27/23 at 1040 hours I was dispatched to 462 Eg Miles Pkwy (Liberty Regional Medical Center) in reference to a domestic disturbance.
I arrived on scene and made contact with [VICTIM #1] who stated her husband, Damarius Coakley, attacked her on 5/24/23.
Mrs [VICTIM #1] stated she was not feeling well and her husband was becoming agitated when she was not getting ready to leave. She stated they were going to Florida for the weekend.
Mr Coakley became confrontational and kicked her in the stomach. He went into the bathroom and ripped the towel holder off of the wall and hit her with it several times on her arms and back. She attempted to run from Mr Coakley and he grabbed her by the arms and threw her onto the bed. He grabbed her by the throat and began choking her.
She stated he stopped choking her and he walked into the bathroom. He
