Police find woman stabbed to death after responding to suicide call man charged 1

following was taken from a press release distributed by the Dallas Police Department on November 30, 2023:

PAULDING COUNTY, Ga. – On November 20, 2023, at approximately 10:16 pm, Dallas officers were dispatched to 141 Westwood Drive regarding a possible suicide. When officers arrived, they found 36-year-old Jennifer Hester lying on the floor with multiple stab wounds.

Officers immediately attempted to render aid. Paramedics came a short time later and pronounced Ms. Hester deceased.

Detectives collected evidence and identified 37-year-old Brandon Howard of Dallas as the offender. A be on the lookout “BOLO” was issued immediately.

Superior Court Arrest Warrants were secured, charging Smith with Malice Murder (O.C.G.A 16-5-1), Felony Murder (O.C.G.A 16-5-1), and Aggravated Assault (O.C.G.A 16-5-21). On November 21, 2023, Howard was located and arrested by the Loudon County Sheriff’s Office in Lenior City, TN., without incident.
