On July 9 2023, at 07:14 a.m., I was dispatched to the residence of [1200 BLOCK] Upper Bethany Road in reference to a Prowler. Dispatched advised that the homeowner called and stated a white male was on his property trying to enter the residence. Dispatch advised that the homeowner fired his gun prior to my arrival.
Upon arrival, I saw a white male wearing black pants, a black sweatshirt, and a backpack walking down the road. I approached the male, who was later
