On July 9, 2023, dispatch advised me to contact Kenneth Newman in reference to tenant laws and an issue with Sonic not paying his son. I was advised Kenneth had already called and spoke with deputies earlier in the day, 16:36, reference Sonic not paying his son.
I contacted Kenneth by telephone. Kenneth immediately started telling me that Sonic has not paid his son. Kenneth was previously informed and what he needed to do. Kenneth said because he is legally blind he can not find
