[NARRATIVE #1 on October 24, 2022]
Complainant stated she had a party at her residence over the weekend and someone stole a skull beer funnel from the house. The complainant was told by her sister (witness) that it was the offender. The complainant messaged the offender over Facebook asking her about it. The offender replied she didn’t steal anything and then sent 29 voice messages insulting the complainant, using racial slurs and threatening to come to her house and “air it out” which the complainant took to mean come shoot her house up.
Each voice message was similar with profanity, insults, racial slurs and threats. The offender stated she had already sent her address out to all her “crack heads’ and they weren’t afraid of cameras and that they were going to come in and “f*ck them up” and steal all their belongings.
The offender also made threats toward her sister who lives near her in Walker County saying she knows where she lives. She stated that even if her boyfriend (witness) is home when her friends come, he better have a gun on
