[NARRATIVE #1 on August 05, 2023]
On August 5, 2023 at approximately 2341 hours Deputy Hagood, and Deputy Harris responded to [1600 BLOCK] East State line Road, Rossville Georgia in Catoosa County to investigate a domestic dispute. Once on scene Deputies made contact with the listed victim who was standing at the kitchen sink holding a rag on the back of her head to control a bleeding injury.
When speaking to the victim Deputies were advised that she asked the offender to message her brother over facebook messenger. The offender then began pushing her out of the bedroom telling her that he did not have time for that. This argument eventually became physical, and the offender hit the victim in the back of the head with a glass wine bottle.
Deputies on scene checked the victims head, and observed superficial injury to the back of the victims head, this injury was photographed for documentation. The victim was advised to seek medical attention due to the risk of blunt trauma to the head. Puckett EMS responded to the incident location to check the victims injury, and the victim refused treatment.
