On 10/3/22, at approximately 0926, I was dispatched to [200 BLOCK] Schell Ave in reference to a domestic disturbance. I made contact with [VICTIM #1]. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that this morning her boyfriend, Joshua Jordan, called her to ask her who was at her house, and she told him it was her son’s grandmother dropping off her son.

Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that Mr. Jordan called her a liar and showed up arguing at her house a few minutes later. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that Mr. Jordan was drunk and began yelling at her and throwing her children’s clothing and belongings out of the door into the yard and other items around the house.

Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that Mr. Jordan hit her in the right cheek and scratched her chest. Ms. [VICTIM #1] had no marks on her face but 3 different scratches on the right side of her chest. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that Mr. Jordan called his mother to come pick him up.

She also stated that both of her children, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and [REDACTED BY AGENCY], were present during the altercation. Warrants for battery and cruelty to children will be taken out on Mr. Jordan. Ms. [VICTIM
