On June 10, 2023 at approximately 5:45 AM I, Dep. D. Medina was dispatched to the Marathon Gas station located at 3102 Napier Ave. in reference to an assault on a female. On arrival, I made my way to the gas pumps where I saw the victim, [VICTIM #1] bleeding. I immediately advised dispatch to send EMS because she was bleeding from her arm, hands and had a large bump on her forearm.
I asked her what had occurred and she stated that she had gone out to the club and when she returned to her house located at [1300 BLOCK] Macon Ave. she saw that Amadd Hughes was waiting on her outside her home. She stated that she and Amadd had dated before and she had a restraining order against him that had just been signed the month before due to previous physical abuse by him.
