Mr. Taylor stated the officers were at his door threatening him and were now out in the parking lot.

While I was on the way to meet with Mr. Taylor, I had Bartow County 911 call Gwinnett County to see if they had officers at this location. Bartow County 911 advised that Gwinnett County did not show any officers out in Bartow County.

Upon arrival, I spoke to Mr. Taylor who stated the officers were hiding in cars at the location. I checked the area, and no one was in the parking lot. Mr. Taylor was adamant that the officers were hiding from me.

I explained that I contacted Gwinnett County, and they had no officers at this location. Mr. Taylor ultimately realized that there were no officers at this location. He was advised to stay inside his room, and he would be safe.

At 0357 hours Mr. Taylor called 911 and stated that the Gwinnett County officers were back in the parking lot. I responded to the location a second time and met with Mr. Taylor again.

He was standing outside his door and stated that the officers were at his door just prior to my arrival. I asked him where the officers were at this time, and he indicated that they were hiding in the parked cars.

I checked the parking lot, and no one was found. I explained this information to Mr. Taylor, and he was advised not to call 911 unless there was a valid police or fire emergency. Mr. Taylor was also advised to remain in
