At approximately 2013 hours on Sunday, June 4th, 2023 I was dispatched to [50 BLOCK] Mayfield Road Southeast, in Cartersville, Georgia, regarding a threats incident.
Upon arrival, I spoke to Victim, [VICTIM #1], who stated his Brother/Suspect, Randy Jenkins threatened to kill him. [VICTIM #1] said the threat occurred approximately (2) two hours before the 911 call. [VICTIM #1] was not able to provide me with audio/video footage of the threats incident.
I spoke to Randy regarding the incident. Randy said at no point did he threaten [VICTIM #1]. Randy said [VICTIM #1] said he was selling the house and kicking him out. Randy said he has been in bed all day and [VICTIM #1] was yelling at him from his bedroom. Randy advised no cameras are inside of the residence that captured the incident.
No other person(s) were inside the residence that could have been an independent witness to the threat(s).
Due to insufficient probable cause, the case was unfounded.
