On Tuesday, March 28, 2023, at approximately 1845 hours, I was dispatched to [7200 BLOCK] Allatoona Gateway in reference to a domestic.

Upon arrival, I met with the victim identified as [VICTIM #1]. He advised that his step daughter, Beverly Katrina Clay, and her husband, [REDACTED], came to his residence. He advised that Beverly went inside to speak to her mother, [WITNESS #1], while he spoke to [REDACTED] in the driveway.

[VICTIM #1] advised that [REDACTED] had asked for permission for he and Beverly to stay in the camper in the driveway. [VICTIM #1] advised that the two had lived in the camper for a while before Bartow County Code Enforcement fined him.

[VICTIM #1] told [REDACTED] that they could not stay in the camper because he did not want the county to come back out and fine him again. [VICTIM #1] advised that [REDACTED] was upset and they had a verbal argument.

[VICTIM #1] advised that Beverly ran out of the front door of the residence toward him and took a fighting stance with her fist up. She then tackled him to the ground causing lacerations to the right side of his cheek and forehead area.

[VICTIM #1] advised that [REDACTED] pulled Beverly off of him and the two left in a blue Dodge Durango. [VICTIM #1] advised that both were homeless and neither had phones.

[VICTIM #1] was checked by EMS personell while on scene and refused transport.

I spoke to [WITNESS #1]. She advised her daughter, Beverly, came inside the residence and asked to stay in the camper outside. [WITNESS #1] told Beverly that they had already had issues with the county the last time they stayed in the camper and did not want to be fined again.
