On 06/04/2023 at 0341 hours, I was dispatched to [100 BLOCK] Garrett Way in reference to assisting a citizen.
Upon my arrival, I made contact with Jose Maopop. Jose stated Martin Gomez-Caal punched him on the head twice. Jose stated he did not know why Martin punched him. I observed Jose’s left eye socket appeared to be swollen.
I made contact with Martin Gomez-Caal, Martin stated he was asleep at the residence and Jose and two other individuals began to drag him out of the house. Martin stated Jose began to punch him on his face. I observed Martin’s left eye socket appeared to be swollen also.
Due to both parties wanting to press charges, both parties were arrested for affray. I will secure warrants for each subject for affray.
