On 06/03/2023 at approximately 0039 hours I arrived at [100 BLOCK] Mount Pleasant Church Road, in reference to a subject trespassing.
The complainant/victim [VICTIM #1], advised her grandson, Javoris Redding, was at her residence. Redding was hand delivered a trespass on 05/23/2023 (Case number: 202316899). I located Redding at the back door and he was arrested without incident. Redding was transported to the jail and turned over to jail staff.
On 05/24/2023 Redding was arrested for Criminal Trespass at the residence (Case number: 202316924). Redding was released on 06/01/2023 and part of his bond conditions were to not go to the residence of [VICTIM #1]. Due to Redding violating his bond conditions a warrant for Aggravated Stalking has been secured.
