[NARRATIVE #1 on March 22, 2024]
On 3/22/24 911 communications connected Deputy Long with the caller [VICTIM #1] who stated that she had been raped on Tuesday (3-19-24) at a party ([VICTIM #1] does not know any one’s last name nor the residence where the party took place but does know where the house is).
[VICTIM #1] stated that Tuesday she went to a house party with her brother ([WITNESS #1]) to [REDACTED]’s house for his birthday party. [VICTIM #1] was drinking alcoholic beverages with everyone. [WITNESS #1]’s friend Quan hands [VICTIM #1] a drink ([VICTIM #1] thinking its water) she consumed the drink. A little bit before [VICTIM #1] consumed the drink she started throwing up.
[VICTIM #1] felt more intoxicated then normal and went to lay down. Quan went to where [VICTIM #1] was laying at and [VICTIM #1] started feeling Quan touching her. [VICTIM #1] stated that she couldn’t move her body but her mind was awake and could feel what was happening to her. [VICTIM #1] tried to move her body but was unable to.
[VICTIM #1]’s brother was in the same room watching Quan touching his sister inappropriately and did not do anything to stop Quan from fingering [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] stated she felt Quan put his pnis inside of the wrong hole which hurt her bad. Quan then placed his p
nis inside of [VICTIM #1]’s vag*na while her brother [WITNESS #1] watched through the whole thing.
After [VICTIM #1] was able to say it hurts Quan then stopped. [WITNESS #2] recorded the incident but also did nothing to stop what was happening. After the incident [VICTIM #1] heard people yelling and telling Quan why he raped her. Quan was thrown out of the home by everyone and a gun was placed in front of him. [VICTIM #1] was helped to take a shower and laid back down. The next day she was able to leave [REDACTED]’s house and go back home.
[VICTIM #1] stated she contacted [WITNESS #3] to see what happened Tuesday and who had the video of the incident. [WITNESS #3] advised in the text message that the video was deleted.
[VICTIM #1] saved her underwear from that day and it was given to Deputy Long. Deputy Long contacted Sgt Southern regarding the incident and Sgt Southern contacted Detective Burnette. Detective Burnette advised Deputy Long to escort [VICTIM #1] to Hamilton Medical Center to get a Sexual Assault exam conducted.
[VICTIM #1] agreed to go to Hamilton Medical Center. Upon arrival at the hospital Deputy Long turned [VICTIM #1] and the underwear over to [REDACTED]. Deputy Long will upload pictures of messages and photos to axon.

[NARRATIVE #2 on May 10, 2024]
On May 10, 2024, at approximately 1400 hours, Deputies R. Figg and T. Painter arrived at the Hamilton County Jail in reference to picking up Mr. Quorum Ervin who had an active warrant for his arrest through Whitfield County.
Upon arrival at the Hamilton County Jail, Deputies Painter and Figg made contact with Mr. Ervin. Deputy Figg placed Mr. Ervin in belly chains and leg restraints, checking for fit and double locking them. Mr. Ervin was then placed in the back of Deputy Figg’s patrol car and seatbelted in. Deputies Painter and Figg then transported Mr. Ervin to the Whitfield County Jail without incident.
Upon arrival at the Whitfield County Jail, Deputy Figg served Mr. Ervin with the warrant (warrant number W24-544, case number 2024-946592WF). The charges listed on the warrant were rape, aggravated sodomy, and aggravated sexual battery.
Mr. Ervin was then turned over to booking staff and booked on this warrant.
