On 08/13/2023 at aprox 0316 hours a subject contacted 911 and told dispatch he needed an officer at [600 BLOCK] 4th ave due to him just being robbed. The subject stated his name was Izella Bush. Izella further stated that they had just robbed all of his rent money. At this time Ofc Murdoch went to [600 BLOCK] 4th ave and made contact with Izella Bush. Izella stated he had not called 911. Izella further stated he did not need us. At this time Ofc Murdoch left.
At 0547 hours the same subject called 911 again using the same phone number. This time the subject stated he needed the police due to his friend “[REDACTED]” being overdosed in his bathroom. At this time contact was made with Izella at apt [REDACTED]. I asked what was going on.
Izella stated he had no idea why we were out there again. I then informed him about the call we had, Izella stated again he had never called and stated we could look in his apartment. At this time I walked into the apartment and checked the apartment and I did not locate anyone else in the apartment.
I asked Izella why he had been calling 911 making false reports. Izella stated he had a WiFi phone and had not called cause he has a WiFi phone. I asked
