On June 9, 2023, I, Cpl. Robertson responded to Dollar General to meet with a Walton County DFACS case worker. When I arrived on location I meet with [REDACTED]. Ms. [REDACTED] stated to me that she was investigating a child abuse case complainant called in on a child that lived at [1400 BLOCK] South Broad Street Lot [REDACTED].
She stated that the complainant was that a 13 year of age child was being cuffed to the bed and being beaten with marks left on him She stated that she has multiple addresses in reference to the case. She stated that she was not sure if the lot [REDACTED] was the right address or if anyone was even there.
I advised her that I would be in route with her to the location. When we arrived on location of [1400 BLOCK] South Broad Street lot [REDACTED] Ms. [REDACTED] knocked on the door. When the door opened there was an alarm going off from the front door being opened.
When the female stepped out onto the front porch Ms. [REDACTED] asked her if she was Elizabeth Mobley. The first name was Elizabeth but correct last name was Armistead. She was then asked if she had a son by the name of [VICTIM #1] and she stated that she did and that she had reported him as a runaway last night when he went out of the bedroom window.
