On 07/30/23 at approximately 1616 hours I, Officer (Ofc.) Wukoson #368, along with Ofc. Caldwell #346, respond [300 BLOCK] Towler St., Apt [REDACTED], in reference to a report of an “other law.”
Upon arrival we made contact with the juvenile complainant, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] ([REDACTED BY AGENCY]/08), who advised that her mother’s boyfriend had sex with her multiple times. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that the suspect was doing this “for [her] experience.” She advised that the suspect would come into her room while she’s sleeping and have sex with her.
She advised that she had let her mother know about the incidents previously. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] also seemed very worried about possible retaliation from the suspect, insisting we not let him know that she had spoken to us. Ofc. Potts #360 and Corporal (Cpl.) Bailey #333 then joined us on scene.
[REDACTED BY AGENCY] mother, [REDACTED] ([REDACTED]), then came outside with her other child, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] ([REDACTED BY AGENCY]/18), who was barefoot and walking on hot asphalt. Cpl. Bailey noticed this and picked up child to protect her feet. I then took [REDACTED] aside to question her. [REDACTED] was visibly upset and did not want to talk initially.
