On the listed date and time I was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a welfare check. Upon arriving I spoke with the listed suspect/arrestee who was standing in the driveway and was yelling and screaming and was not making since to any questions when asked. The suspect was asked if she needed medical assistance and she had refused.

While on scene I gathered all the necessary information needed from the caller to conduct my investigation. While still trying to talk to the suspect she starts yelling profanities in public. The suspect was then placed in handcuff’s that were checked for fit and double locked. The suspect was searched incident prior to arrest and no contraband or weapon’s were found. The suspect was then placed in the rear of my patrol vehicle to be transported to the Walker County Jail.

Dispatch was then advised of my beginning and ending mileage during route. Once at the jail the suspect was removed from my vehicle and was turned over to the detention personnel without incident.
