On June 4th, 2023 at approximately 0047 hours I was traveling east on Lyons center Road near Old Winge Road when I observed a vehicle traveling west at a high rate of speed. I then checked the vehicles speed on my front radar antenna and observed that the vehicle was traveling at 95 miles per hour. The speed limit was 55 miles per hour.
I then activated my emergency equipment and initiated a traffic stop. Once stopped I asked t6he driver if she was alright and she stated “yeah, I gotta sh*t.” I then asked her to walk to the front of my patrol car. The driver’s name was Ms. Stacy Brown. I asked her how much she had to drink and she explained that she had 3 drinks.
