On July 14, 2023 officers were dispatched to a domestic at 1509 E First St. While officers were en route to the domestic they were advised by central dispatch the offender was sitting in a maroon in color car behind Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut is located in front of the hotel. We were also told that he was armed. Sgt. Martinez arrived on scene first and gave the tag number of the offender’s vehicle. Sgt. Martinez then let officers know that the offender was leaving in the maroon in color Ford Taurus.
