On June 10, 2023, at approximately 2:24pm, I, Cpl. S. Howard, was dispatched to [900 BLOCK] Clyde Boulevard Vidalia, Georgia in reference to someone being hit in the head with a metal pipe. Upon my arrival, I observed my complainant/victim, identified as Mr. [VICTIM #1], laying on the ground.
