On June 7, 2023 I was dispatched to [400 BLOCK] Smith Street in reference a trespassing. Upon my arrival, I met with [VICTIM #1]. She stated that the subject ran in to the woods behind the residence. I ran towards the wooded area and found a black male matching the description that they gave my dispatcher sitting on a black in color milk create.
I gave him an order to stand up and walk out of the wooded area which he did, I then placed him in hand cuffs behind his back and double locked
