On 03/25/2024 Deputy Battle 213 was dispatched to 3570 Wheeler Rd in reference to a Sexual Assault.
Upon arrival on the scene, I spoke with Complainant; [WITNESS #1] who stated that she was informed by her son Victim; [VICTIM #1] that Suspect; Salazar, William walked up to him inside of the bathroom at Other; YMCA , where he began to grope his genital area and butt/backside near an*s. [WITNESS #1] stated that [VICTIM #1] stated that after William groped his genital area, he insisted that [VICTIM #1] come to the ” Stem area “. [WITNESS #1] stated that [VICTIM #1] stated that he informed William that he had to leave and then immediately reported the incident to staff who then escorted William off the property.
[WITNESS #1] was provided with a case number and advised the warrants process.
