On 12/04/23 at 1308 hours, Cpl Smith and I, Deputy Williams, responded to [3000 BLOCK] Dennis Road, where I met with [VICTIM #1] about an Aggravated Sodomy.
[VICTIM #1] stated that she was waiting at a separate home at the same address when Phillip Smith began knocking on her door, demanding that she unlock it. [VICTIM #1] stated that when she opened the door, Phillip began yelling at her. [VICTIM #1] stated that she began to walk toward the door and Phillip choked her until she passed out. [VICTIM #1] stated that when she got up, she walked into her bedroom to get away from Phillip. [VICTIM #1] stated that Phillip told her that she better put his p*nis in her mouth or “it wouldn’t be nice.”
