On the above stated date and time, Sgt Wall responded to Apple Blossom florist shop on Main Street in reference to a hit and run. Sgt Wall spoke to the owner of the business, Ms. [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] stated that a hispanic male subject driving a white in color Ford F-150 with a Georgia tag [REDACTED] had backed into the dumpster and fled the scene. The dumpster lid was broken and now will not shut. Sgt Wall collected the pieces of the broken brake light lens to use to identify the vehicle.

Sgt Wall and Deputy Scott went to the address registered to the vehicle [9100 BLOCK] Hwy 441 Sout, but the vehicle was not located at the residence. As the officers were headed back to the City of Clayton, Deputy Scott located the vehicle passing Oinkers traveling southbound on 441. Officers initiated the traffic stop on the vehicle at Tiger Connector Rd at Buchanan’s Small Engine Repair. Sgt Wall spoke to the driver, Julio Sernatrejo and asked him if he was the one who had hit the dumpster. Julio stated yes it was him and that he left due to not having a valid license.

Sgt Wall advised Julio he was being placed under arrest for driving without a license and hit and run. [REDACTED], the owner of the repair shop stated Julio could leave the vehicle on his property. Sgt Wall transported Julio to the Rabun County Detention Center without incident.
