[NARRATIVE #1 on June 13, 2023]
On June 13th 2023 at approximately 21:09 I, D/S Steven Barnes responded to [30 BLOCK] Maryland Ln. Mountain City, Ga. in reference to a shots fired call. It should be noted, that I had responded to that address 2 times prior to this incident over the span of 2 hours in reference to a demented person.
Upon arrival, I had two children run up to me on Hitching Post Ln. stating that they heard multiple gun shots from [30 BLOCK] Maryland Ln. I then parked my car on Hitching Post, retrieved my rifle and walked the rest of the way to Maryland Ln. I heard no gunshots while walking towards the residence.
Upon approaching the camper on the property, I saw Heidi Lynn Zoeliner enter back into the camper and close the door. I positioned myself behind a
