I arrived on scene at the Dollar General and observed a white car in the parking lot, bearing tag number [REDACTED]. The vehicle was on and had its parking lights on. I went and checked the front door of the Dollar General and made sure that it was secure since that was the area of the alarm activation. After Deputies found that the building was secure, we checked the car. Deputies discovered two individuals in the backseat of the car in a state of undress having sexual intercourse.
I knocked on the back window of the vehicle and told both individuals to get dressed and step out of the vehicle. Once the individuals were out of the vehicle, Deputies asked for identification for both parties and they were identified as Abisola Awolesi and Moyosore Abari. Moyosore stated that he and Abisola are dating and that he hasn’t seen her in a while and they both agreed to have sexual intercourse in the car at the Dollar General. I asked Moyosore why he didn’t think to get a hotel room and Moyosore said that he wasn’t thinking at the time and made a bad decision.
Deputies then placed both parties under arrest for criminal trespass unlawful purpose and public indecency lewd exposure.
Deputies called for an additional unit to transport Abisola. I placed Moyosore in the back of my patrol Unit P-77. Both individuals were taken to the Paulding County Jail and turned over to jail staff.
