On 01/27/2024 I, Deputy Kittle and Cpl Cartledge were dispatched to [60 BLOCK] Center Hill Church Rd in reference to a female who was topless refusing to leave the residence. When we arrived I noticed a woman who was covered up by a blanket playing in a bowl of water. The residence stated that they did not know who she was or where she came from. Mr [VICTIM #1] advised that she had left puppy’s in his yard. When he went to grab the puppy’s he heard his door close. He stated he then went inside and saw Ms Sitton cleaning his house. He then advised her to leave and she took her shirt off, started rubbing her chest trying to entice him to let her stay.
Some time after this, 911 was called. I tried to ask Ms Sitton numerous questions regarding why she was there. She stated she was there to clean due to the house being worthy of cleaning. I Then advised her to turn around and place her hands behind her back. Once she did so I placed her in cuffs about her wrist, press checked and double locked them. I then escorted her to Cpl Cartledge’s patrol vehicle. When we arrived at the vehicle I opened the passenger side rear door and advised her to take a seat. Once she did so I secured her in the vehicle and went to retrieve my patrol vehicle.
When I retrieved my patrol vehicle I rode back to the scene and swapped her from Cpl Cartledge’s vehicle into mine. I then escorted her to the Murray County Jail and turned her over to the jail staff without further incident.
