On 02 October 2023 at 1801 hours I, Corporal Cartledge, along with SFC Watson & Deputy Elrod responded to the area of Mount Carmel Church Rd in reference to a male subject who was causing a traffic hazard. According to the multiple calls into Murray 911, the male subject had been “jumping out” in front of vehicles as they were traveling
