On April 24th, 2024 at approximately 2113 hours, I Deputy Smith was dispatched to [2500 BLOCK] Hwy 52 Alt in reference to a domestic dispute.
I arrived and met with Emilee Greer and she was yelling and screaming. I detained Emilee until she calmed down. I met with [VICTIM #1] and she stated Emilee wanted some pictures of her’s and [VICTIM #1] told her no. Emilee began fighting with her and ripped [VICTIM #1]’s shirt off. Emilee went outside and threw a pot at the windshield of [VICTIM #2]’s car, busting the windshield. Emilee also broke the driver’s mirror and threw a push mower at the car, hitting the front bumper.
I spoke with Emilee and she stated she got made when her mother wouldn’t give her the pictures. Emilee stated her (handicap) mother attacked her. She stated everyone was taking her mother’s side so Emilee stated she was going to do some “Dmb Sht” so she busted the car window, broke the side mirror and threw the lawn mower at the car.
I Placed Emilee under arrest for Simple Battery, Criminal Damage to property 2nd, and Disorderly Conduct. Cpl. Vannoy transported her to the Murray County Detention center and I went to the Sheriff’s office to take warrants. I went back in service.
