On 08/28/2023 at 1521, I Deputy Weaver was stopped by a gentleman and he stated that there was a male walking in the middle of the roadway. Prior to the gentleman giving this information, I had a call of the same male named Eddie Ashe laying in the cemetery at 717 Tibbs Bridge Road. When handling that call he said he was tired and taking a nap. He also refused medical treatment. Eddie was then told to move along.
