On 10/31/23 at approximately 1609 hours I Deputy Magness was dispatched to [100 BLOCK] Kingdom Hall Rd in reference to Brandon Kirby being at the residence.
Upon arrival I made contact with [VICTIM #1] who stated that Mr. Kirby was asleep at the kitchen table. I entered the residence and made contact with Mr. Kirby who had a bond condition to stay away from the residence and had previously been criminally trespassed from the residence.
