On February 27, at 01:02 hours, I Officer C. Taylor was dispatched to [400 BLOCK] W Main St. and responded in non-emergency mode in reference to an armed robbery that just occurred. Upon my arrival I made contact with the complainant (Mr. [VICTIM #1]) who stated that a vehicle (green or silver jeep or SUV) passed his residence, turned around and then the vehicle parked just passed his residence. He watched as two unknown men got out of the vehicle and began walking towards him. Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated that the guys were juvenile one and a guy later identified as Mr. Jamauri Johnson. Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated that when juvenile one got close he demanded to speak to [VICTIM #2]. Mr. [VICTIM #1] advised that [VICTIM #2] was inside the residence and that he called him outside advising him that juvenile one was demanding to speak to him.

[VICTIM #2] stated when he got to the porch juvenile one demanded him to give it to him. [VICTIM #2] stated he asked juvenile one what was he talking about, that is when juvenile one pointed a gun at him and Mr. [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #2] stated that Mr. Jamauri Johnson was holding a gun in his hand, but did not point it at anyone. [VICTIM #2] stated that juvenile one stated to give it to him again. Mr. [VICTIM #1] then emptied his pockets and threw his money (sixty dollars, $60.00) on the ground. [VICTIM #2] stated that he did the same thing as Mr. [VICTIM #1], and throw his money on the ground (ten dollars, $10.00). Mr. [VICTIM #1] and [VICTIM #2] stated that juvenile one and Mr. Jamauri Johnson picked up the money and left in the vehicle.

Officer W. Rodriguez noticed a silver SUV while he was en route to [400 BLOCK] W Main St. Officer Rodriguez had dispatch check the tag ([REDACTED]), and they advised him of the suspended registration. Officer W. Rodriguez then conducted a traffic stop with the vehicle. I asked Officer W. Rodriguez if juvenile one was in the vehicle, and he advised me yes. Dispatch asked if they need to have a county unit en route, I advised yes.

I notified Investigator A. Daniels of the incident and he stated he is en route to my location. When Investigator A. Daniels arrived he spoke to Mr. [VICTIM #1] and Mr. [VICTIM #2]. Myself and Investigator A. Daniels then went to Officer W. Rodriguez’s location. Officer W. Rodriguez advised me that they located two handguns in the vehicle. One gun was in the passenger side floorboard and the other was found on juvenile 1. Investigator A. Daniels advised that all three of the subject (juvenile one, Mr. Jamauri Johnson, and Mr. Christian Heath) needed to be transported to the Police Department for interviews, and the vehicle needs to be impounded.

I began to complete a Forsyth Police Department impound inventory and located a Springfield Armory XD .40 Caliber handgun (Serial Number MG333459) under the driver seat. I had dispatch check the handgun and they advised it was not on file. Dispatch was advised to have next list wrecker service en route for the vehicle. Forsyth Wrecker arrived and took possession of the vehicle. I transported juvenile one to the Police Department.

Once interviews were completed Investigator A. Daniels advised that juvenile one, Mr. Jamauri Johnson, and Mr. Christian Heath will be charged. Mr. Jamauri Johnson and Mr. Christian Heath were transported to Monroe County Detention Center and turned over to jail staff. Investigator A. Daniels spoke with juvenile intake and advised they will take custody of juvenile one. I completed a juvenile complaint form and he was transported by Investigator A. Daniels.
