Saturday, April 13, 2024 at 1700 hours, I, Corporal Bell responded to complainants of damage to property at the residence of [200 BLOCK] Oneal Drive, Luthersville, GA 30251. The complainant [VICTIM #1] reported that his neighbor Larry Turner road his four wheeler on his property and damaged the freshly laid gravel in his driveway.
This incident resulted in the arrest of Larry Turner at the his residence of [200 BLOCK] Oneal Drive, Luthersville, GA 30251, for Driving under the influence by operating a motor vehicle (four wheeler) while under the influence of alcohol and DUI Child endangerment for having his two year old son on said four wheel with him.
