On 06/09/2023, at 0949, Chief Adams and I responded to incident location in reference to a domestic dispute. 911 dispatcher advised Complainant called 911 advising Aggressor was busting out the windows of Victim’s car, and had struck Victim in the face.
Upon arrival, I saw Victim’s car parked in the front yard. The front windshield was busted, and the rear passengers side doors window had been busted out, with shattered glass on the ground, at the base of the door, and inside the vehicle. Lying on the rear passenger side floor board, was more shattered glass, and a brick, which Aggressor had used to bust out the window. There were also dents in the front passengers side and front drivers
