On July 31st 2023, I was conducting speed enforcement in the area of Ga 365 NB and Mt. Zion Rd. I observed a blue Chevy Tahoe north bound in the fast lane. I checked the vehicle speed with my Dragon Eyes LIDAR at 77 mph. As the vehicle passed by the driver, DEXTER BAILEY, was pushed back in the seat, hands at “10 and 2” and looking straight ahead. I pulled out onto Ga 365 NB, caught up to the vehicle and initiated a stop at Anderson Village.
