On the 11th of April 2023 at 1515 hours SFC C.L PHILLIPS with the Gordon County Sheriff’s office uniform patrol division responded to the lobby at the Gordon County Sheriff’s office lobby in reference to a harassment report. When SFC PHILLIPS arrived he made contact with [VICTIM #1] who stated that her ex-husband JIMMY L. TUCKER JR. keeps calling and texting her.
Mrs. [VICTIM #1] stated that Mr. TUCKER had been served with a Family Violence Ex Parte Protective Order and that Mr. TUCKER had a conditional bond out on him. The Conditional bond stated No Violence with Mrs. [VICTIM #1], No Firearms, No alcohol use, No drug use, Must take all medication as directed continue counseling and follow all doctor recommendations.
SFC PHILLIPS was advised by court services that the Ex parte order was served to Attorney [REDACTED]’s office on the 6th day of April 2023. SFC PHILLIPS attempted to contact Attorney [REDACTED]’S office to see if Mr. TUCKER had been served but never heard back from him at the time of the report.
SFC PHILLIPS had Mrs. [VICTIM #1] send the call logs, Text messages and voicemails where Mr. TUCKER had called and texted harassing Mrs. [VICTIM #1]. SFC PHILLIPS had Mrs. [VICTIM #1] write a written statement on the incident. SFC PHILLIPS took out a warrant for harassing communications on Mr. TUCKER.
