On July 2, 2023 at approximately 0123 hours I, Officer Ayala responded to [100 BLOCK] Colony Dr Calhoun GA 30701 in reference to a domestic dispute in progress.
Upon arrival I met with the complainant/victim (Mr. [VICTIM #1]) who was outside with his wife (Ms. [VICTIM #2]). He said himself and his wife/victim (Ms. [VICTIM #2]) were inside their apartment drinking beer and talking. Mr. [VICTIM #1] said he had arrived home from work at approximately 1830 hours and observed the offender/roommate (Mr. Jimenez) had already began drinking and was intoxicated.
Mr. [VICTIM #1] said Mr. Jimenez asked him to drink with him to which he agreed. Mr. [VICTIM #1] said at approximately 0103 hours Mr. Jimenez began to start getting aggitated with him. Mr. [VICTIM #1] said Mr. Jimenez began arguing with him. Mr. [VICTIM #1] said he attempted to calm Mr. Jimenez down and get him to relax.
Mr. [VICTIM #1] said at this point Mr. Jimenez got up and grabbed Mr.
