On Saturday, August 19th, 2023 at approximately 07:31 am I was dispatched to [100 BLOCK] Dorsey St in reference to a domestic dispute.

Upon my arrival I spoke to the offender, Austin Taylor Hammond in the front driveway of [100 BLOCK] Dorsey St. I noticed that Austin appeared to be under the influence of some type of drug. I noticed Austin couldn’t keep still, was talking quickly, and didn’t make sense.

I then spoke to the complainant, [VICTIM #1] (Austin’s grandmother). [VICTIM #1] stated around 07:20 am she saw Austin walking on the roadway to [100 BLOCK] Dorsey St appearing to be under the influence of drugs. [VICTIM #1] stated she obtained an emergency eviction against Austin on August 18th, 2023 due to him always being high on suspected methamphetamine and being aggressive with her at [100 BLOCK] Dorsey St.

[VICTIM #1] stated Austin is seeing things that are not there, and that she is scared for her life if Austin was to stay at [100 BLOCK] Dorsey St. [VICTIM #1] stated Austin takes knives and shovels and stands in
