On 09/06/2023 I, Deputy Edwards was dispatched to a Motor Vehicle accident at unknown location on Eller Road without injuries or entrapments. I responded code 1, non-emergency. Upon my arrival at Eller Road and Westbrook Blvd I witnessed 4 subjects, 3 females and 1
