On the above date and time, I was dispatched to 1432 Turner McCall (Micheal’s) about a suspicious person in the store.
I arrived on scene, and the suspect, Samuel Makoa Camara, was standing outside of the store. I asked him what was happening, and he stated that they accused him of something and he would not say anything else. I waited for another unit to arrive before I went inside. Once the other unit arrived, I asked them to stay with Camara while I went inside to see what had happened.
I talked to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] a cashier at the store. She stated while helping Camara check out, she had noticed that his pants were unzipped and his p*nis was out in plain sight. She said that because he was a tall person and that she was very short, it was like he was in front of her face. She stated that she was very uncomfortable at this time. Camara, at this time, asked where the bathroom was located.
