On the above time and date, I was dispatched to [300 BLOCK] Bells Ferry Rd for trespassing persons. Upon arrival I heard a sound coming from the shed area. I met with [VICTIM #1]. She stated that she has a TPO against Paul Parsons. She said that she saw Paul by the shed. I visibly estimated the distance that she said she saw him to be about 75 yards.

[VICTIM #1] said I could search the shed for him. I went inside that shed and he was not there. [VICTIM #1] showed me the TPO and it said that Paul is to stay away from [VICTIM #1] at a minimum distance of 300 yards. [WITNESS #1] (Paul’s girlfriend) was outside at [300 BLOCK] Bells Ferry Rd. She said that Paul walked towards the area that [VICTIM #1]’s shed to get cell phone service and she said that Paul told her that he was going to Gary’s ([300 BLOCK] Bells Ferry Rd) to get a ride.

Ofc Tucker went to [300 BLOCK] Bells Ferry Rd and found Paul there. Paul stated to Ofc Tucker and Sgt Bickers that he went in the direction of [300 BLOCK] Bell Ferry Rd but he was more then 300 yards away. I had Ofc Tucker detain Paul. With what [VICTIM #1] and [WITNESS #1] said I developed enough probable cause that Paul intently violated the TPO. I informed Paul of this and placed him under arrest. He was handcuffed behind his back and proper fit was checked and the cuffs were double locked.

A search of his property was conducted and $1834 was found. The money was counted in front of Paul and on camera. The money and some of his paperwork was transported with Paul. I placed Paul in the rear seat of my patrol vehicle and transported him to the Floyd County Jail were he was booked in.

Rear seat was searched after the last transport and after this transport. Both times were clear.
