[NARRATIVE #1 on August 13, 2023]
On the above date and time, I responded to Walmart at 825 Cartersville Hwy. to the loss prevention office where they had a subject detained that had shoplifted in the store. The person in custody was Kimberly Diana Nasworthy. She was inside the store concealing items in her purse, and then went to the produce section and started eating on some products and then discarded the packages. She then tried to leave without paying for the items in her purse.
All of this was captured by the camera system at the store. The API, [WITNESS #1], had also banned Nasworthy from all Walmarts. The total was $40.40 that she did not pay for. Nasworthy was citied for theft by shoplifting and transported to the Floyd County Jail without any incident.
