[NARRATIVE #1 on August 11, 2023]
On the above date and time I PFC J Wright was dispatched to [30 BLOCK] Highland Blvd for a domestic issue. While en route dispatched informed me Johnny Hilliard left the residence heading toward Cedartown. I arrived on scene and spoke to [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] stated while at the dollar store she located a baggie of methamphetamine and a glass smoking pipe in Johnny’s bag in their vehicle. [VICTIM #1] informed me she poured out the methamphetamine onto the ground and broke the glass smoking pipe.
[VICTIM #1] advised me Johnny became very aggressive and slapped her in the face with an open hand and placed hand around her throat causing her to gasp for air. I noticed red marks on [VICTIM #1]’s neck and face that was starting to bruise. PFC Vicente got close up footage of the marks on [VICTIM #1] with his body camera.
