On July 6th, 2023 I Officer Roubieu Responded to [400 BLOCK] Tower Road to a reported fight. Before our arrival dispatch advised that a subject by the name of Chad Tillery had an outstanding warrant for his arrest through the floyd County Sheriffs Office. When we arrived a child at the residence stated that Mr. Tillery was in his house. I then knocked on the door Sgt Tetzworth then noticed a gentleman who we identified as Mr. Tillery. We then made entry to arrest Mr. Tillery he was detained and placed in cuffs without incident.
